From housekeeping to house management, our training will help your staff exceed expectations and provide consistently good service. With over two decades of experience in the luxury industry, including 11 on board Superyachts, I possess the expertise and knowledge to help individuals excel in their roles. My aim is to instill confidence in those I work with, enabling them to reach their full potential.

​When it comes to staff training, it's important to ensure that your team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide service. With my expertise in training for laundry, wardrobe management, housekeeping, house management and service, I can help you develop a comprehensive training program that meets your specific needs.

 

Over the years I have been contacted by principals, staff and family offices to help with staff training. Often the consultancy consists of support for department heads or the principals themselves helping them to see where problems lie and where support can help.

Training takes places at the clients residence this offers a realistic practical training session. I  also offer online support, and I am available for coaching via video call.  The training you receive will be of the highest standard.
